Underground Drainage
Underground drainage is all about flow, fall and future access. Once it’s in the ground, you don’t want to be digging it back up because a bend was wrong or access was skipped.
This range covers 110mm orange underground drainage pipe and fittings used for foul and surface water runs below ground, from straight connections and changes in direction, through to gullies, rodding points and maintenance access. Everything here is designed for below-ground use, colour-coded for inspection, and built to handle load, movement and long-term use.

Where This System Is Typically Used
- Foul and surface water runs below ground
- Connections from soil stacks to inspection chambers
- External drainage around extensions and new builds
- Patios, driveways and surface water management
- Providing rodding and access points for maintenance
The orange colour coding makes inspections easy and avoids confusion with soil pipe systems once everything is backfilled.
FAQ’s:
What’s the difference between underground drainage and soil pipe?
Underground drainage is designed for below-ground use and made to handle ground movement and loading. Soil pipe is for above-ground installations and isn’t suitable for burial.
When should I use long radius bends instead of standard bends?
Long radius bends improve flow and reduce the risk of blockages, especially on longer runs or where waste flow is heavier.
Do I need rodding access on underground runs?
Yes. Access bends or roddable gullies should be installed so blockages can be cleared without excavation. Building control will usually expect this.
