What is Timber Typically Used For
Timber Battens
Used for stud walls, service voids, ceiling work, boxing-in and general fixing. These are the sizes most trades use for plasterboard, cladding and internal framing.
PAR Floorboards
Planed all round for a clean, consistent finish. Commonly used for internal flooring, refurbishment work and visible timber where appearance matters.
C24 Treated Structural Timber
Strength-graded timber for structural applications — floor joists, roof work, decking frames and load-bearing walls. Treated for durability and suitable for internal and external use where required.

Is the timber treated or untreated?
Our structural timber is treated. Battens and floorboards are supplied for general internal use unless otherwise specified — if you’re unsure, ask before ordering.
Can I collect timber, or do you deliver to site?
Both. Many trades collect timber directly, but we also offer local delivery for longer lengths and bulk orders.
Do you cut timber to size?
We supply standard lengths only. If you need specific cuts, it’s best to allow for trimming on site.
