Skirting & Architrave
Skirting and architrave aren’t structural, but they’re the first things you notice when they’re wrong. Gaps, mismatched profiles, short lengths and poor edges all show once the room is painted. This range focuses on clean MDF profiles that cut accurately, fix flat to the wall and give you a straight, consistent finish from room to room.

Good to know
Profiles matter: chamfered and square suit modern refurb work, while ogee, torus and ovolo are still the go-to for traditional properties.
Consistent lengths: 4.4m boards reduce joints and speed up fitting in standard rooms.
MDF window boards are easy to scribe, stable once fixed, and ideal for painting finishes.
Finish-ready: our products are designed to take paint cleanly with minimal prep once sealed.
FAQ’s:
What’s the most commonly used skirting size?
For most refurb and new-build work, 6″ skirting is the standard. It covers expansion gaps cleanly and looks right in modern room proportions.
Can I mix skirting and architrave profiles?
You can, but most trades keep profiles consistent across a job. Square or chamfered pairs well together; ogee, torus and ovolo are usually matched.
Are these supplied pre-primed?
Most MDF skirting, architrave and window boards come unprimed. A quick seal coat before fitting gives the best finish and avoids raised fibres.
